http://www.workwithgerry.com – How To Start A Property Maintenance Company Every village, town and city needs a good property maintenance company. It can be you. I started with one of those little posters with tear-offs at the bottom. Posted them on boards around town and filled my entire summer with work. Then I started meeting with realtors and property managers in town to see how I could be of service. Started with a few little jobs, grew to more and became the go-to guy for some of the largest managers in town. It was really great … and, it was hard work, long hours and large overhead. I sold the business. I wanted something easier…and I found it. 5 amazing guys, who have earned massive income, have been teaching me and others how to use the strategies and techniques they used online. I call the shots on my hours, very low cost, and amazing income potential. If this is really what you’re looking for, you owe it to yourself to take a few minutes to have a look at this..click the link at the top of the page! http://www.workwithgerry.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNCP0eKN-9s

I share a little about what I do in my off time. I am hoping this will encourage people to think about starting a "real home based business" instead of a business that requires you spend thousands of dollars in start up fees and hokey scams. A lot of what I do is helping people who could not otherwise afford a repairman. I do not charge people who are truly in need.
